Learn how the English Country house evolved and developed from 1400 through the history of Lydiard House. Understand how people and place influenced each other and how the celebration of Christmas changed with them.
On the day of your visit, please make sure you arrive at Lydiard House Museum at least five minutes early to be ready for the guided tour.
The tour will be followed by a festive tea of mince pies, cream and brandy butter in the North wing provided by the new chefs at Lydiard Hotel and Conference Centre
